How do I choose what's best for me?

At Belle Moi, we believe it is our responsibility as professionals to help you choose what is best for you- which is why we focus on a thorough consultation to evaluate your needs and wants.

This allows us to make a recommendation that works best for your needs.

When should I book my appointment?

We highly recommend booking in advance, but feel free to call on short notice, as we may have an opening or cancellation. You can book in person, on the phone, or through our book now links on our website.

What is the difference between a Master Artist and a Artist who just started?

At Belle Moi, we have high quality lash standards that every lash artist must meet in order to see clients.

A Master Artist has the most amount of lash experience. Because of their additional years of experience, a Master Artist can perform lash extension appointments at a faster speed then the artists at other levels.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

On the day of your appointment, please arrive on time (we prefer 10 minutes early) to relax and enjoy your full service. If you are running late, we will do everything we can to accommodate you.

After 15 minutes without a phone call/text message/email to inform us of your estimated time arrival, please be aware that we may have to reschedule your appointment.

Is the studio safe?

The team at Belle Moi has taken every required precaution stated in the Virginia Guidelines to Repening to keep you safe and ensure you still enjoy a lovely experience.
